• Adult women (ages 18+)
• Individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), general mental health (GMH) disorders, and/or substance use disorders (SUD)
• Women transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, crisis facilities, or homelessness
• AHCCCS-eligible individuals, including those covered under AIHP
• Trauma-Informed Care – Creating a safe and supportive environment that acknowledges the impact of past trauma
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Addressing maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Teaching emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness

• Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Encouraging personal motivation for change and recovery
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Support – Coordination with prescribing providers for individuals with opioid or alcohol dependence
• Peer Support Services – Lived-experience guidance for motivation and emotional support
• Life Skills Development – Training in financial literacy, job readiness, personal hygiene, and household management
• Recreational and Holistic Therapies – Yoga, meditation, nature therapy, and expressive arts for emotional healing
• Psychoeducation – Workshops on mental health, substance use, coping strategies, and relapse prevention
• Daily Individualized Support & Supervision – 24/7 on-site staff to assist with daily needs and crisis intervention
• Group Therapy (3–5 times per week) – Facilitated sessions focusing on skill-building and peer interaction
• Individual Therapy (1–2 times per week) – Personalized sessions with licensed clinicians

• Daily Individualized Support & Supervision – 24/7 on-site staff to assist with daily needs and crisis intervention
